Diaphanarch offers architectural services in the form of drawing and text
from concept and criticism to construction
Diaphanarch offers architectural services in the form of drawing
and text: from concept and criticism to construction. "Diaphanous" means "to
show through". This most often relates to visual phenomena.
For diaphanarch the term also implies an open and active interface
with different project partners and changing parameters.
In 1954, architectural theorists Slutzky and Rowe have defined the related term "transparency",
for describing space, as "literal" and "phenomenal". diaphanarch
operates at both these levels. Diaphaneity of space should not be limited to
visuals and motion, but also show through information and thinking.
Architecture has many times and places. Therefore diaphanarch
offers architecture and text for temporary and permanent use. diaphanarch
