diaphanarch was founded in 2004 by Sabine von Fischer.

Sabine von Fischer is an architect and writer. She was an editor for werk, bauen und wohnen, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in architectural history and theory at ETH Zurich. She has practiced and taught in Zurich and New York, and lectured internationally.
