About Sabine von Fischer

Sabine von Fischer is an architect and writer based in Switzerland. Her projects engage the forms of drawing and text - from concept and criticism to construction. She publishes essays and architectural criticism for printed and online media, and is an editor of "werk, bauen und wohnen". In 2004, she was awarded the Federal Prize for Art in the discipline of architecture for her installation "Sonic Barriers". Currently she researches the topic of sound / noise of everyday architecture.
